  • Go in to my wardrobe and fit anything there without struggling or tugging

  • Wear jeans,tshirt and a cardigan or small jacket and feel relaxed and comfortable
  • No buldge over the top of my pants
  • Wear black tights and not have thunder calves.
  • Jog places
  • Not feel so sluggish anymore
  • Want to stop asking hubby to tie shoes as my tummy gets in the way
  • Feel comfortable in a plane seat to go to Bermuda in (24 hours in the plane)
  • To wear shorts on our holiday and a T Shirt.
  • Get back down to my lowest weight on this journey before I stuffed it up (Down to 119.8 kgs)
  • Jog for 5 minutes
  • Fit in an airplane seat without an extender
  • Go to Venice
  • Go to Bermuda
  • Go to San Francisco
  • Take my dog jogging
  • Celebrate my 50th slim and happy
  • Ride a horse
  • Go water skiing
  • Go to a yoga class
  • Write a letter to myself about how I feel now this big then write a letter to myself for when I hit my goal weight
  • Get a massage (and enjoy it)
  • Buy a pretty bra & knickers
  • Wear something sleeveless
  • Go to the beach and not feel like everyone is watching me
  • Wear togs without wearing a long long T Shirt
