- No buldge over the top of my pants
- Wear black tights and not have thunder calves.
- Jog places
- Not feel so sluggish anymore
- Want to stop asking hubby to tie shoes as my tummy gets in the way
- Feel comfortable in a plane seat to go to Bermuda in (24 hours in the plane)
- To wear shorts on our holiday and a T Shirt.
- Get back down to my lowest weight on this journey before I stuffed it up (Down to 119.8 kgs)
- Jog for 5 minutes
- Fit in an airplane seat without an extender
- Go to Venice
- Go to Bermuda
- Go to San Francisco
- Take my dog jogging
- Celebrate my 50th slim and happy
- Ride a horse
- Go water skiing
- Go to a yoga class
- Write a letter to myself about how I feel now this big then write a letter to myself for when I hit my goal weight
- Get a massage (and enjoy it)
- Buy a pretty bra & knickers
- Wear something sleeveless
- Go to the beach and not feel like everyone is watching me
- Wear togs without wearing a long long T Shirt
then do something
no matter how small
