I have deleted my previous posts, but would love to have new weight loss friends helping me and me helping them on their journey.
The last week has been really busy with work and other things and getting to grips with what I want to do and why I am pissing around.
It is me stopping me.
It is me that has to help me.
I didn't have a focus, not a focus that I could go towards.
Been talking with a friend at lunch time last thursday and I have a focus and going to break it down. My focus is my 40th. I want to be at 75 kilos by my birthday towards the end of 2010.
It will be about 600 grams a week.
I want to wear a beautiful dress and have a 40th Birthday party.
I want to be more open in my blog with names etc and so I am going to continue my journey there so if you want to come and read please email me on dreamingofthenewme@yahoo.com and I will give you access to my journey.
This way I can be myself.
You have to watch this space because I tell you this is going to be exciting.
